The customer is a prominent Android-based smartphone and related accessories global manufacturer since 2009 and is currently among the top ten international brands.
Business Challenges
The company’s custom phone applications are distributed through hits own app store.
The customer was confronting significant challenges in managing their online communication network with multiple service providers. Critical security and SLA issues ensued from the communication infrastructure being embedded in the public cloud.
The customer needed a reliable, efficient and cost-effective solution to connect their AWS cloud in Chennai and Mumbai, along with round-the-clock network monitoring and management backed by an end-to-end SLA.
TTBS Solution
The TTBTTBS optimised the organisation’s technology infrastructure by deploying MPLS VPN for the entire network. The Secure Connect configured for this VPN were further strengthened with last-mile connectivity on the Tata OFC network.
Solution included an auto-fail over service over border gateway protocol between both network-to-network interfaces. Solution also included complete monitoring and management of all services for customer premises equipment.
