Emerging Cloud Solutions Company Chooses Zoom as its Official Video Calling Application for Effective Online Interactions

The company is a certified Microsoft and AWS partner for Cloud consulting, implementation, optimisation and analytics solutions.

The company’s expertise and experience in configuring and managing complex Cloud-based systems for business workloads make it a dynamic brand in the Information Technology (IT) and telecommunications domain. It provides unified support for Infrastructure-as-a-Service (IaaS), Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS) and databases through its constant technical helpdesk.

While expanding its presence in different cities in India, the company needed a reliable audio and video communication platform. As a Cloud solution provider, the company was aware of the available features of the online collaboration tools used by companies worldwide and decided to use Zoom.

As Tata Tele Business Services (TTBS) is an authorised reseller of the Zoom application in India and configures the platform with Service-Level Agreement (SLA) support, the company approached our team to purchase the Zoom package.

Business Challenges

The company has been expanding its market reach and has served clients in multiple locations. Keeping technical staff connected with sales and office managers was key to providing optimal service to end-users. All content shared via Zoom is encrypted with 256-Advanced Encryption Standard (AES) and the network connection for video conferencing has 256-Transport Layer Security (TLS) encryption.
