Harjit is the Managing Director of Tata Teleservices (Maharashtra) Ltd. and Tata Teleservices Limited (together TTL) and is responsible for the growth and expansion of the company as a leading digital solutions provider in the MSME space. TTL offers a comprehensive portfolio of voice, data and managed services to enterprises and carriers in the country under the brand name Tata Tele Business Services (TTBS).

India’s bright future is getting shaped by digitally fueled Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). TTL is striving to democratize digital technologies amongst the MSMEs in the country, empowering them to become future ready and Do Big in their respective business categories. Under Harjit’s leadership, the company has made significant progress in becoming an innovative, customer-centric, growth focused and agile digital services entity.

Harjit is an Officer of the ’96 batch of the Tata Administrative Services and has been associated with several companies in the group such as Tata Housing, Tata AutoComp Systems, Tata Communications and Neotel before joining TTL in 2012. Harjit has close to three decades of experience in P&L Management, Corporate Strategy & Planning, M&A, Business Development and Operations in Domestic and International markets and has been instrumental in leading businesses on their journey to true potential and scale.

His academics include a PGDM in Finance and Operations from IIM Ahmedabad and a BE – Mech. from IIT Roorkee.

Harjit is an avid golfer and likes experimenting with new cuisines while travelling and embracing different cultures.

Mr. Kush Bhatnagar has over 30 years of experience. He has worked across MNC FMCG, Telecom & Real Estate across geographies. He credits his capability built-up to Indian brand leaders like Tata & Airtel and MNC’s like Pepsi, Aircel & Emaar. Spread of roles across Controllership & Business Finance, along with exposure to procurement & collections have enriched his professional journey.

Mr. Kush S Bhatnagar joined TTL in 2016 and is currently the CFO of Tata Teleservices Limited.

Mr. Kush Bhatnagar is a Chartered Accountant by qualification.

Mr. Vishal Rally is an industry veteran in the Enterprise technology segment with over two decades of experience.

He is Chief Revenue Officer at Tata Teleservices Limited and is responsible for Revenue and Business Outcomes including Product Strategy and Roadmap, establishing the business brand of Tata Teleservices Limited as well as demand generation and inside sales.

He was heading the regional business for the company in his previous tenure and was engaged with P&L responsibility of the region including Sales, Marketing, Distribution, and Service Operations & Assurance. His role was pivotal in driving strategies towards a greater connect with people as well as the existing and new potential customers.

Before Tata Teleservices Limited, Vishal had a versatile set of experiences in the marketing and sales domain and worked with leading telecom companies such as Vodafone, Reliance Jio, Hathway Cable & Datacom, Big CBS Networks, etc. At Vodafone, he was responsible for driving the launch of new services as well as product offerings for multiple business segments. Subsequently, moved onto Business Solutions role and then handpicked to drive the responsibility of leading National Enterprise Sales. Whereas, at Hathaway, his accountability entailed formulation, execution & implementation of marketing plan at National Level for ISP line of business. He was responsible for setting-up & launching the business across India - including the new Brand Identity for the Cable Internet Business.

Vishal holds a Masters in Management Studies from Mumbai University and a Bachelors in Engineering from Manipal Institute of Technology. Vishal is very passionate about sports and enjoys reading biographies, memoirs as well as books on science fiction and technology.

Mr. Vijay Mundra is a seasoned and result-oriented professional with over 3 decades of distinguished experience spanning the Telecom, Media, and Online Retail (FMCG) industries. A commerce graduate with a strong financial foundation, he holds dual professional qualifications as a Chartered Accountant (1996) and a Cost & Works Accountant (1995).

Vijay has been an integral part of Tata Teleservices Limited since 2004. During his 22-year tenure with the organization, he has spent more than 17 years in pivotal leadership roles, including heading Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), Financial Accounting, and MIS & Analytics. His strategic contributions include his involvement in the national GSM project launch and his ongoing partnership with business teams to drive the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and new business development.

Currently, Vijay leads the Supply Chain Management function at TTL. In this capacity, he is dedicated to enhancing supply chain visibility and agility, optimizing operational costs, and minimizing inventory risks to ensure uninterrupted operations and accelerated fulfillment. He is recognized for his experience-backed judgment, ethical leadership, and his ability to assist in high-stakes corporate decision-making. 

A resident of Mumbai, Vijay is supported by a high-achieving family: his wife is an entrepreneur, his daughter is a graduate of IIM Calcutta, and his son is currently pursuing his Master’s in Computer Science (ML) at IIIT Hyderabad following a B.Tech from IIT Hyderabad.

Anvize Rodrigues is an accomplished IT leader with over 28 years of experience driving digital transformation, optimizing business operations, and delivering sustainable business impact across global enterprises.

At present, Anvize serves as the Chief Information Officer and Senior Vice President at Tata Teleservices (TTL) leading the organization’s technology strategy, aligning digital infrastructure and application initiatives with business priorities to deliver cutting-edge, future-ready solutions that enhance the enterprise customer experience. She is instrumental in supporting technology investments with business outcomes, enabling enterprises to harness digital capabilities to transform their operations. Her strategic vision extends beyond current challenges to anticipate future demands and collaborate with stakeholders in delivering value-driven solutions.

Over her distinguished career, Anvize has built deep expertise in leading large-scale integrations, and strengthening IT governance and data management frameworks. She has driven digital transformation through analytics-led decision-making, advanced CRM deployments (Salesforce, SAP CRM), and infrastructure optimization that delivered significant cost efficiencies. A strong people leader, she has also built and led high-performing global IT teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous learning.

Prior to joining TTL, Anvize held senior leadership roles at Revvity Inc., The Wadia Group, and Ezeego One Travel & Tours, where she led enterprise digitalization, CRM and ERP migrations, and global IT modernization initiatives. Earlier, she was associated with Tata Consultancy Services (TCS), Hindustan Lever Limited (HLL), and Fine Infotech, managing complex technology implementations for clients across industries such as telecom, healthcare, life sciences, manufacturing, travel, and financial services.

Her cross-sector expertise and ability to translate complex technical frameworks into business-driven solutions have earned her multiple industry recognitions, including the IDC Transformation Award, BIG CIO 50 Award, and CIO 100 Award.

While diverse experiences have shaped Anvize’ s strengths and values, her dedication to continuous learning is reflected in multiple certifications in advanced technologies (Agile, PMP, Six Sigma Green Belt, IT Governance, and Digital Transformation for CIOs) that have equipped her to navigate digital landscapes effectively.

Anvize holds an Executive MBA from the Indian Institute of Management, Indore, and a bachelor’s in computer engineering from Mangalore University.

Mr. Anil Kalra, has over 26 year of experience. Armed with a strong Business Finance background, Anil has handled various portfolios including Accounting, ERP migration and Taxation

Mr. Anil Kalra has worked with Tata Teleservices Limited earlier from 2002-2019 and last served as Head Mobility FP&A. Anil has also worked with Spectranet and Punj Lloyd in the past.

Mr. Anil Kalra is a Chartered Accountant by qualification.
