Business Challenge
- Lack of genuine Microsoft applications – As the company allowed a BYOD policy and some employees worked remotely, not everyone had access to authentic Microsoft products such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint for their routine work.
- Poor user experience on small screens – For most of the users the applications did not provide a good experience on mobiles as the versions were built only for desktops.
- No common video conferencing system – It was difficult to organise online meetings as the employees who were using different devices with Windows and iOS did not have a common platform for conferencing.

TTBS Solution
To address the organisation’s need for moving its work applications to cloud, Tata Tele Business Services (TTBS) offered Microsoft 365 as a solution.
We are the official resellers of the product in India and provide it under Basic, Standard, and Premium plans in accordance with the mix of apps and features required by an enterprise.
TTBS provided the requested number of licenses under the plan chosen by the company with a service level agreement (SLA) via which we guaranteed the flawless functioning of all apps and tech support whenever needed.
The employees now had a common platform for workflows that involved documents, spreadsheets, presentations, and emails.
