To fuel its digital processes and online collaboration between remote teams, the company needed to upgrade its internet connectivity. It had procured its session initiation protocol (SIP) trunk solutions from Tata Tele Business Services (TTBS) and was happy with the support provided by our team. Business Challenges
ESR Group needed an always-on internet connection for its enterprise applications that consumed significant bandwidth. TTBS Solution
Our solution architect deployed the Smart Internet service with the dedicated bandwidth plan required by the company. As this was an uncontended service, the employees got the digital connectivity that was completely dedicated to their work needs.
TTBS Smart Internet came with an assortment of security features including DNS update scanner on Cisco server to safeguard the company’s online operations from botnets, phishing attempts, malware, ransomware, adware, and command and control callbacks over any port or protocol.
The service had an SLA backed uptime of more than 99% and it provided the features the organisation sought:
- Using TTBS iManage portal from any device, the IT heads could view network performance in real-time, and also check the data consumption of individual applications.
- It became easier to handle work with 1:1 symmetric upload and download speeds fuelling operations round-the-clock.
- Smart Internet’s multiple security layers ensured continuous protection from cyber threats including zero-day attacks.
- ESR Group could easily switch over to a new plan for extra bandwidth when required.
TTBS continues to provide full-fledged support for any technical concerns. In the rare case of any slow-speed or downtime issue, the problem is resolved within the promised mean-time-to-resolve mentioned in the SLA.
