Introduction

The company is an e-learning service provider in India aiming to transform K-12 education by making it personalised, engaging, and more relevant for every child. Headquartered in San Francisco – California, it has its Indian office in Gurgaon.

The team is well-equipped to leverage the pervasiveness of technology in the education industry as digital devices, video-assisted, AR-VR, and AI become common at all levels.

With a highly customised program, the company’s flagship product is redesigning the way elementary school children study Mathematics. It can be used on devices powered by all major operating systems – Windows, iOS, and Android and has already built a user base of more than 40 million students globally. It has also won several awards in the ed-tech sector.

When COVID-19 threatened business continuity for thousands of organisations, the company’s Gurgaon office started using video conferencing services to continue its operations. After dabbling with a few free applications, it decided to subscribe to Zoom powered by Tata Tele Business Services (TTBS) in India.

Business Challenges

The company’s core operations revolve around generating e-learning content via educational games and puzzles for elementary school children.
