  • We enabled a single hosted SIP board number for incoming as well as outbound calls.
  • The solution carried the campaign creation feature that facilitated the customer to create an interactive voice response (IVR), make a leads list and initiate recorded voice blast campaigns.
  • The customer could track calls and contact details on the admin portal via dual-tone multi-frequency signalling(DTMF) and the voicemail service could cater to enquiries received post office hours.
  • The cloud solution ensured cost-effective scalability if the customer wished to expand their operations in the future.
