Business Challenges
The customer was tasked with providing efficient and reliable digital services for Indian passport offices. The challenge lay in enabling efficient management and digitization for all 500-plus passport offices across the country.
A secure connectivity solution was imperative to handle the escalating demand for services and monitor real-time data for effective decision-making.
Additionally, each office had access to varying degrees of network connectivity. Some sites found wireless connectivity a challenge.
The solution needed to provide appropriate bandwidth with a reliable virtual private network for each site, including the remote ones.
The magnitude and complexity of the project made it a challenge to address the Proof of Concept (POC).
TTBS Solution
