With over 20 years in the business, the company had exceptional expertise in network modernisation, machine learning and predictive analytics to help communication service providers (CSPs) accelerate their network deployments and build better customer experiences.
Over the past few years, the company has been helping its clients with highquality solutions to design, deploy, and optimise 5G network performance. Besides its in-depth understanding of market requirements, it is well-versed with software-defined networking and network functions virtualisation to transform the way wireless systems are deployed and administered. The company also has offices in Canada, Kenya and four cities in north India.
To execute its projects with seamless coordination between network engineers and customer account teams, the company had to provide access to businesscritical data from anywhere. Looking for Cloud platforms with user-friendly productivity apps, the management chose Microsoft 365.

- Microsoft 365 had built-in features to ensure user privacy and keep all shared and secured data encrypted via this Cloud service.
- Even if the company had subscribed to a particular package with some applications, they can upgrade the version and add more applications and services whenever required.
If the users needed any guidance or experienced issues while using the applications within Microsoft 365, they can contact our helpdesk to get it resolved quickly. The services were free as TTBS had already included the costs in the licenses issued.
