TTBS customised its solution to meet the customer’s requirements without disrupting their existing voice infrastructure.
Our team provided the customer with three Session Initiation Protocol (SIP) Trunks, one for each of their offices. The customer connected all the SIP Trunks with their Communications Platform (NEC IP EPABX). Pulse Code Modulation (PCM) was also provided to enhance voice clarity.
The customer further used a Matrix Gateway to facilitate SIP to PRI conversions, as well as closed user group (CUG) calling technology.
