Business Challenge
- Slow internet service – With heavier workload during Covid-19 breakout, the research team’s communication was often impacted by slow internet speed, and troubleshooting took time due to lockdown issues.
- Not enough security – Cyberthreats had increased during the pandemic phase and the company’s IT team was not satisfied with the security in online connectivity.
