- Security was ensured with 256-bit Advanced Encryption Standard (AES) application layer encryption for shared content and 256-bit Transport Layer Security (TLS) encryption for network connection
- Zoom meetings also included role-based user security, waiting rooms, locked meetings and domain restrictions
