The customer is a leading research-driven pharmaceutical company focusing on innovative solutions for ailments and prevention of diseases in humans and animals.
Business Challenges
The customer required a safe, scalable and flexible solution to connect their 10 locations within themselves and with the office at Germany. They also needed complete Managed Services.
TTBS Solution
- TTBS provided the customer with an MPLS Hub and Spoke topology with the Internet facility established at the Hub.
- With all spokes connected to DC, it was a centralised Internet, with the 11 locations part of the same VRF.
- An IPSec VPN connection was provided from all spokes to the Hub, forming an aggregating tunnel.
- Routers at Hub locations were Maipu 2900_04 and at the Spoke locations Maipu 1800X_50.
- A static routing for Internet connectivity and an IPSec VPN tunnel between router and Palo Alto firewall was provided.
- Two IPSec tunnels were created from the Hub, one from Mumbai to Germany and the second from the spokes to the Hub.

- Cost-effective: Deploying a Hybrid Network Internet and MPLS eliminated the need for additional requirements at each location for accessing the Internet.
- Ease of Accessibility: Multiple applications could be accessed easily using the QoS and MPLS.
- Secure and Uninterrupted Connectivity: The MPLS made the network highly secure with no extra need for a firewall. Additional Layer security provided IPSC over MPLS and IPSec over the Internet
- Managed Services: TTBS managed the provided network from end to end.
