Business Challenges
The customer was looking for centrally managed and monitored connectivity between six offices in different locations across India. They sought a single service provider who would provide reliable and secure connectivity between their offices.
The customer also wanted a single ILL connection across all the locations, better SLA and excellent latency with minimal packet loss.
The solution from the service provider must eschew complex configurations and infrastructure it had to address performance and productive challenges and ensure better network uptime.
TTBS Solution
Using their considerable sector expertise, TTBS provided the customer with five MPLS links with fiber technology across the six locations.
