The customer is a software and consulting agency based in Mumbai. They provide progressive end-to-end solutions for web designing and development, mobile application development and SEO/Internet marketing
Business Challenges
The customer required a cost-effective PSTN access solution for their outbound calls. The last-mile access solution also needed to be easily scalable with the least complexity. The customer’s outbound calls were mostly to international countries. They were accumulating significant expenses in Mumbai for the colocation of their dialler server.
The customer wanted to minimise this cost by hosting the dialler at their Gurgaon premises, as well as a customised plan of 15-second pulse for outbound calling.
TTBS Solution
TTL provided the customer with a SIP Trunk solution, which was terminated on an Asterisk Dialler. The most popular VoIP protocol, SIP, was used. G.711 codec was used for calling, allowing for good voice quality. A provision for 150 channels for just as many calls was made. All channels came under a single link, which was scalable up to 1500 channels.
