The customer is an Indian state government responsible for the well-being of more than nine crore citizens. With over 20 district offices and several more blocklevel offices, the customer required quick and seamless communication systems that engaged executives from various government departments.
Business Challenges
The customer needed a telecom solution that facilitated seamless broadcasting of critical information to all district-level offices. The information had to be further cascaded to block-level offices.
They required a robust infrastructure in place to facilitate an unlimited number of webcast meetings throughout the month, supporting 300-400 participants for each podcast and ensuring flawless distribution of information.
Safeguarding the information was critical, for which the government stipulated a secure platform. Only authorised and invited people were allowed to log in via a detailed registration page designed as per the agenda.
The officers also required regular reports and data about the staff and departments joining each call.
Additionally, the solution needed to enable real-time feedback from users/audience.
