Business Challenge

  • More bandwidth for cloud apps: The enterprise applications were moving to the cloud and a speedy internet service was critical to their smooth functioning.
  • Need for digital phone lines: There was also a need for PSTN-compatible phone lines that could provide clear voice quality without consuming internet bandwidth.
  • Anytime-anywhere access to productivity suite: Employees needed MS Office applications in a cloud environment for the ability to work from anywhere.
  • Common online meeting system: Instead of allowing business communication on any platform, the company wanted an encrypted platform to conduct official meetings.

TTBS Solution

To provide secure and uncontended connectivity to the retail and supply chain management firm, TTBS began by deploying its internet leased line Smart Internet.

The solution brought symmetric upload and download speeds for efficient working of bandwidth-intensive applications. We then provided Microsoft 365 platform that enables employees to work on Microsoft apps from any device, and provided them with Microsoft Teams for real-time collaboration via audio-video conferencing.

The telephone line was upgraded with the configuration of Primary Rate Interface (PRI) service. Each of these lines provides 30 channels which makes it easier to scale the network for handling increasing call volumes. It provides optimum digital voice quality without hogging internet bandwidth.
