The Requirement

The customer needed a voice solution along with end broadband to cater to the latest triple play requirement of end-users. Additionally, they required voice solutions from service telecom providers with multiplier possibility through the existing voice infrastructure. This needed a SIP with bundling server solution. They needed the latest technology with an ability to analyse the overall voice and data path separately in the existing Gigabit Passive Optical Network (GPON).

Further, the solution had to be compliant with the DoT norms, and the voice resale model to be made available.
