Introduction

Based in Gautam Buddha Nagar, Uttar Pradesh, the company helps businesses to organise and promote their events. It has facilitated businesses with numerous conferences, knowledge forums, trade fairs, town halls, leadership awards and other corporate ceremonies.

The company’s clients come from different industries including the government sector, education, healthcare, Banking, Financial Services and Insurance (BFSI), information technology (IT) and manufacturing. It serves businesses of all sizes. It also helps them publicise their events and publish informative content in the form of news articles, reports, analytics, case studies and whitepapers based on the developments in their respective industries.

While the company focused on physical events before the COVID-19 pandemic broke out, it needed a platform to organise webinars and other virtual conferences as pandemic disrupted the event management industry. Business Challenges

As an event management company, it has successfully organised both large and small business events. However, the global pandemic had halted public gatherings and most organisations had increased the number of webinars and virtual conferences even after the vaccinations rolled in and employees have started returning to their offices.

The free video conferencing applications available in the market were easy to use but had limited features and posed several challenges:

  • TTBS offered a Zoom package that enabled the company to add up to 1,000 participants to a meeting and allow 49 videos to be simultaneously displayed on the screen.
  • The HD quality of audio and video along with customisation of layouts and background noise cancellation made the meeting experiences engaging for all attendees.
  • Zoom allowed users to share their screens and meeting organisers could record all sessions in MP4 and M4A formats without depending on any third-party applications.
  • Having provided the Zoom meeting application under an end-to-end SLA, TTBS is responsible for ensuring that the uptime is maintained at 99%. The company can also contact our solution architects for scaling the service whenever necessary.
  • Zoom also ensures robust security for communications by encrypting them with 256-Advanced Encryption Standard (AES) algorithm at the application layer and 256- Transport Layer Security (TLS) algorithm for the network connection.
