Key takeaways
- When it comes to the segment of international logistics, the main concern was that of the employees. They were exposed as it required physical presence. Companies started with lot of guidelines for them. People were working in rotational shifts
- Businesses have been working on their own technology platform. So there hasn’t been much of difference post pandemic. The processes have already been automated so day to day work hasn’t much affected. Most of the technology team is used to working remotely but there are others needed to be in office. Going forward hybrid model will be the way for everyone
