Mr. Antony Cherukara, CEO of VST Tillers Tractors Ltd stated that the 1st objective was to get operations and manufacturing going. solutions like CRM and ERP helped streamline the process. Next goal was to conserve cash. The 3rd goal was to get connectivity across India and get people connected.
Mr. Prakash Venkatesan, CEO of Essae Digitronics mentioned that digital processes and practices adopted earlier ensured their growth during these times. They didn’t face any technology bottlenecks but policy bottlenecks. Many of the policies has to be relooked at and streamlined.
Mr. Nitin Patel, Director and CEO of Reylon Softech said that Since the purchases were postponed by customers, there was a pent-up demand and after unlock 1.0 the business started picking up again. He said that there was sector wise improvements in customers. Their major challenge was that their solutions are on-premise solutions and now they had to adopt cloud and remote applications for business continuity. Product innovation helped them bridge the gap.
