Varun has a rich experience of over 15 years in areas of strategy formulation & implementation, mergers & acquisitions and business & process optimization. Prior to his association with Fortis, he has worked with organizations like Ranbaxy and Compunnel Software. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from Manipal Institute of Technology, Manipal.

Mr. Vijay Sethi

Mr. Sethi has more than twenty five years of experience in manufacturing industry and consulting environment. He joined Hero MotoCorp in 2007 and prior to that, he has worked with Ranbaxy and TCS. He has also featured in the list of World's top 50 CIOs, in the list of India's Greatest Corporate Leaders.
Mr. Sethi holds a Masters Degree in Industrial Engineering, an MBA in Materials Management and a Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering. Apart from this, he also has a number of certifications in various areas of management and IT.

Mr. Abhinav Sinha

Abhinav Sinha is a chemical engineer from IIT Kharagpur and an MBA from Harvard. He has more than 10 years of experience across both products and services companies. Most recently, he was a principal with Boston Consulting Group based in Dallas, US.

Mr. N Srinath is the Managing Director of Tata Teleservices Limited and Tata Teleservices (Maharashtra) limited. With around 30 years of experience within the Tata Group, he has held various leadership positions across Tata companies and has received several recognitions in the telecom industry. In 2008 and 2009, he was named as the world’s eighth most influential telecom personality by the Global Telecoms Business magazine as well as the ‘Telecom Person of the Year’ by the India-based Voice and Data magazine in 2008. He was named the ‘Telecom CEO of the Year’ in Asia by the leading publishing group Telecom Asia in 2006. In the same year he was also conferred the Udyog Rattan Award by the Institute of Economic Studies (IES).
Prior to joining Tata Teleservices, he was the Managing Director and CEO of Tata Communications (erstwhile VSNL). Presently, he also serves as a Director on the Board of Tata Business Support Services (TBSS), Honeywell Automation India Limited, Viom Networks, Tata Communications and its related entities. He holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Chennai and an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management, Kolkata, specializing in marketing and systems.
