Amit B. Kalyani is the Executive Director and on the board of Bharat Forge Ltd. Born on 26th July 1975, Amit has a Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering from Bucknell University, Pennsylvania, USA. A key member of the company's strategic planning and global business development initiatives, Amit, has been instrumental in driving the overall Kalyani Group Strategy and expansion of its steel business.
Part of Kalyani Group - a US $ 2.5 billion conglomerate, BFL today has the largest repository of metallurgical knowledge and is the largest manufacturer and exporter of automotive components from India.

Mr.Vikrant Ponkshe

Vikrant Ponkshe is a B.Com, LLB, & MBA (Finance) from University of Wales, UK. He has over 20 years of international experience in senior management cadre, his field of expertise being the Banking and Financial Sector, including Startups, Product, Sales & Marketing, Compliance, Risk & Governance, Operations, Insurance, Quality (Lean-Six Sigma, EFQM) and Strategy.
After taking over the reins of The Cosmos Co-operative Bank Ltd. as Managing Director, he has introduced the Corporate Governance Policy, Extensively worked on branding of Cosmos Bank apart from handling several portfolios under single office. He also successfully executed mergers of different banks into Cosmos Bank. Expansion of Cosmos Bank a continuous process under his leadership.

Mr. Nihal Kulkarni

Nihal G. Kulkarni, A.B. in Economics from Brown University, USA, has over six years of experience in the areas of finance and investments. He has undergone extensive training with the Kirloskar Group, Toyota Motor Sales, USA and DSP Merrill Lynch. He was Vice President in Kirloskar Pneumatic Company Limited upto 22 October 2010. He was appointed as the Managing Director of Kirloskar Industries Limited (KIL) on 23 October 2010. He has resigned as the Managing Director of KIL on 25 January 2012. He has been appointed as Managing Director of Kirloskar Oil Engines Limited with effect from 26 January 2012
