The customer is one of India's leading digital mobile solutions house, operating in a wide array of target markets. They provide hybrid solutions in mobile marketing as well as wireless technology applications.
Business Challenges
The customer wanted a wholly managed voice broadcast solution defining OnBoard Diagnostics (OBD) prompts to dip into customer records before broadcast.
They also needed prompts to be enabled for dual-tone multi-frequency (DTMF) inputs embedded in the OBD prompts.
