As a renowned business process management (BPM) company, the customer offers tailored services to enterprises in the BFSI, manufacturing, e-commerce, travel & hospitality, retail and telecommunication industries to enable operational excellence. Its spectrum of BPM solutions spans customer relationship management, finance, accounting, HR and back-office tasks.

Business Challenges

The customer needed are liable, secure and cost-effective solution to connect their multiple work locations via a network hub.

Improved network uptime being acritical requirement, they preferred a fully managed service model with backup for all locations. This was challenging as multiple service providers had built the network. Besides, the SLAs were dissatisfactory and the company was in curring additional costs in managing there source pool and IT infrastructure. Security and out ageat any location was another key challenge, given that the technology infrastructure was public cloud-based.

TTBS Solution

  • TTBS deployed MPLS technology to secure the customer’s entire network and added a redundancy factor with auto-failover builton Smart VPN. This improved uptime and maintained business continuity.
  • Data encryption was also enabled on the network for secure usage of public cloud services.
  • TTBS monitored and administer red the network for reliable connectivity by providing an end-to-end managed service.
