The customer is one of India’s leading electronics manufacturers with a diversified product portfolio. With a focus on engineering products and services, the company makes specialised batteries, industrial and defense electronics instruments, as well as railway electronic signaling devices.
They have now leveraged their core engineering expertise to enter the precision manufacturing market and producer in forced concrete and ‘green’ technology products.
Business Challenge
The customer identified a set of challenges relating to core connectivity in their voice communication systems and wished to upgrade communication channels while retaining the existing infrastructure.
They primarily required a cost-effective and scalable enterprise voice solution backed by a Service Level Agreement (SLA).
TTBS Solution
- With out making any changes in the prevalent system, TTBS implemented a reliable and seamless communication solution-Primary Rate Interface (PRI) by integrating with the manufacturer’s existing hardware.
- The PRI system, which is compatible with mixed EPABX (Electronic Private Automatic Branch Exchange) setup as well as an IPPBX (Internet Protocol Private Branch Exchange) setup, linked two PBX system sat the customer end. The solution also promoted scaling the existing communication channels, averting the need for installing additional telephone lines.
