Based at Noida, the customer is one of the top suppliers of automotive parts, components and relays in India They are listed on Trade India's list of verified sellers offering a high quality of FCR MX Carburetor, CV carburetor, piston carburetor and other auto parts
Business Challenge
The customer was looking for a secure, scalable and cost effective solution to connect their multiple locations with the Noida DC The network required to be managed and proactively monitored by the service provider, with end to end SLA Furthermore, distributors, who were remotely located, had to be connected on a low bandwidth and reliable MPLS solution The current network had multiple service providers and was not secure as the infrastructure was on public cloud Due to multiple service providers, SLA was a major concern for the customer, causing hindrance in maintaining focus on their business
TTBS Solution

- Distributors were connected via Smart VPN wireless media
- Installation and infrastructure provision was made at all the 4 locations Last mile as per feasibility
