Introduction
The customer is a reputed public sector oil refinery operating in Assam. It is a joint venture between Bharat Petroleum, Oil India and Govt of Assam and has been in the business for more than two decades.
Business Challenges
The existing connectivity system was slow, causing severe communication, data sharing and execution delayswhich led to low productivity.
Thus, the customer required a modern and scalable Internet solution to replace the existing system.
Also, they expected the solution to be cost-effective and implemented without disturbing daily operations.
