Mr.Abdulla Sajid, Business head of Media One TV strategized that as one door of opportunity closed, the other opened. While the revenue from advertising was initially low, the consumption was highest, especially the news channels. We recorded the highest ever consumption of news and media due to which the profitability has been stable.
Mr. Ajay George Varghese, Managing director of Bipha Drug Laboratories states that they had to do a 360 degree turn and be in a continuously learning mode. As business as usual was hit, they switched to hygiene products and started focussing on the benefits of Ayurveda. They also expanded presence in digital space as most of the transactions were online. Continuously learning and adapting has been key success factors.
Mr. Froid Mendez, COO of Farmlogics Technologies stated the as an impact it was minimum on operations as they had already adopted cloud-based platform. The transition for the team was very easy as the team was already using cloud solutions. After an initial impact, the cash flow also stabilised as collaboration was easy on cloud and it opened new paths for geographical expansion.
